January 6, 2022 – OliveX Holdings Limited(OliveX or the Society) (NSX: OLX), through its wholly owned subsidiary OliveX (BVI) Limited, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding terms sheet with Gym Aesthetics GmbH (Gym Aesthetics) to bring Gym Aesthetics brand sportswear to the metaverse.

OliveX will design, construct and distribute the Gym Aesthetics digital objects and experiences within the LAND in the Sandbox owned by OliveX through the sale of NFT. The Sandbox is a decentralized global real estate and video game leader from Animoca Brands and has partnered with globally significant and intellectual property (IP) brands including Snoop Dogg, Steve Aoki, Adidas and The Walking Dead.

Users will be able to visit the 12×12 plot of LAND and Social Hub owned by OliveX, which will include a marketplace for Gym Aesthetics branded NFTs and provide a digital space for Gym Aesthetics experiences. NFT Gym Aesthetics will provide players with the opportunity to enjoy their rewards across a wider range of games, including utility within the larger OliveX ecosystem, including Dustland Runner and Dustland Rider as well as in the Tray. sand.

OliveX and Gym Aesthetics share all revenue generated from both primary sales of NFT as well as royalties from secondary sales of NFT on an equal basis.
