The German National Tourist Board will organize the GTM Germany Travel Mart in May

Invite top representatives of the international travel industry and media landscape from 34 industries

Between May 1 and 3, 2022, top representatives of the international travel industry and media landscape from 34 countries will visit Oberammergau to learn about the latest trends, developments and tourism products in Germany and to experience the region at Germany Travel Mart (GTM). The focus is on trade agreements for the coming year. The GTM is a key sales event for inbound tourism in Germany and is organized annually by the German National Tourist Board (GNTB) in cooperation with changing partners as Green Meeting.

Part of the GTM includes two days of workshops, where this year 164 companies from the German tourism industry will present the diversity and quality of their services in inbound tourism to more than 200 buyers from the international travel industry and negotiate commercial agreements. An extensive information program has also been planned with emphasis on nature, culture, health as well as traditions and customs. The official opening of the GTM will take place at the Passion Theater in Oberammergau.
